Help Clear Records. Restore Licenses. Change Lives.
We’re so excited to host another Legal Access Clinic on November 11, 2025!
Our past clinics have been incredibly successful thanks to amazing partners and grant providers, and this year, we’re inviting you to make an even bigger impact. 💙
We are launching a direct fundraising campaign where 100% of funds raised will go directly toward helping clinic participants clear their records and reinstate their driving privileges.
💵 How Your Donation Helps: Your gift directly covers the real costs of helping someone move forward:
🚗 $10 → Pulls someone’s driving record so they can get personalized guidance on driving legally again.
📄 $25 → Covers a criminal record check for expungement or pardon opportunities.
🍽️ $50 → Provides lunch for 5 clinic participants.
📝 $100 → Pays for a pardon application or driver’s license reinstatement fee.
💼 $310 → Fully funds an expungement.
🚙 $400 → Covers administrative costs for resolving a lapsed car insurance issue.

Help us stock Columbia`s new Hygiene Pantries!
Rainy Day Fund is proud to partner with the Richland County Public Defender`s Office, and the Richland County Public Library Social Work Department to launch two new Hygiene Pantries across the city.
Right now, our shelves are empty but with your help, we can fill them with the essentials our neighbors rely on every day.
Toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, and more are simple items that mean health, dignity, and hope for members of our community facing tough times.

We will be participating at the Columbia VA Healthcare System’s Stand Down event on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Building 106, Columbia, SC.
We’ll be there helping veterans who may be facing barriers such as:
✅ Issues reinstating their driver’s license
✅ Questions about expungements or pardons
✅ Guidance on creating a will or healthcare power of attorney
