They will be having a public hearing through the Public Services Commission (PSC) in Columbia on May 12 and possibly the 13th if there are many individuals who would like to give public comment. We will provide an overview of the general rate hike, the impacts, and how to share your testimony to the PSC."

Last week, we sat in a room filled with people asking an important question:

At the "Redemption After Incarceration Symposium", sponsored by Goodwill and Path2Redemption, one thing became clear; it’s often not someone’s past that keeps them stuck…It’s the cost of moving forward.
A simple fee.
An ID.
A court-related expense.
Expungement fees.
Pardon fees.
Things many of us wouldn’t think twice about can stop someone from getting a job, securing housing, or rebuilding their life.
